Hey everyone!

You may have noticed that it’s been about a month since my last blog. I’m afraid my tendency towards procrastination and laziness got the better of me! The good news is, I’m back and better than ever, and I have some goals for 2021 that I’m excited to share with you all!

2021 Goals

Blogging: I started blogging in 2020, and I loved it! I blogged every day for almost a month straight! However, I find it difficult to commit to something consistently for a long period of time. So, I’m doing just that! Expect a blog every single weekend for the Year of Our Lord 2021!

Streaming: I picked up streaming near the end of 2020, and it’s been a blast, and I definitely want to continue into this new year! And while I would stream regardless, I think it’s a lot more fun to have a goal to work towards! So, with that being said, my streaming goal this year is to hit 1,000 followers on Twitch! It’s a big number, but it’s definitely doable!

Fitness: Similar to most people, I have a love/hate relationship with my gym. I love knowing that I’m slimming down, but I hate actually pushing weights and suffering on the treadmill. Another thing I love, too much, is food. More specifically, the unhealthy kind. Last year I tried intermittent fasting, and that worked for about a month, and l lost a decent amount of weight. It stopped working after about a month, however, and I gave up. Honestly, this might be my hardest 2021 resolution. My goal for 2021 is to go from 215 to 190 pounds! While this doesn’t seem like a lot, it averages out to roughly half-a-pound a week. I haven’t been under 200 for years, and I think it’s about time.

Career: My future career is definitely the thing I’ve focused on the most recently. I’m currently on the job hunt, and exploring lots of exciting possibilities! I have two main career goals for 2021: within the next three months to land a new job, and to have roughly five thousand dollars saved in my bank account by the end of the year!

I think we can all agree that 2020 was a pretty terrible year. I want to bounce back in 2021 in the most powerful way I can. You always end a year a different person than you were at the beginning. The trick is to end the year better not worse. Let’s take this year, and make it work for us, shall we?

And as always, my friends, choose joy.
